At Divestec Mining Services we make use of quality tested and industry approved spillage control conveyor products: belt scrapers (primary and secondary), v-plough, angle plough, air cannon, universal feedboot, combination feedboot, key skirts, chute inspection seal, keyliner, high-impact idler system and belt tracking system.

Our silo and ore pass cleaning service cleans blocked ore passes and bins with high-pressure hoses driven by diesel engines.
Pulley and Drive Lagging
We provide pulley lagging to correct belt slippage and premature wear. The arrowhead ceramic pulley lagging provides a sound solution when conventional rubber lagging fails to correct belt spillage. Our arrowhead and non-drive pulley lagging eliminates slippage, increases pulley life and improves production.

Belt splicing/vulcanisers
Divestec Mining Services has a full machine and product inventory filled with Almex supplies. We provide belt splicing equipment for all types of conveyor belts (steel cord, fibre and PVC).
The pressures we use meet all belt length and width requirements for the splice to be effective and to deliver quality. Our service includes:

Conveyor belt installation

We make use of Almex monitoring equipment to install on conveyor belts. The beltGard system is a permanently mounted inspection and monitoring instrument for steel cord conveyor belts. The systems provide real-time belt information and along with our frequent maintenance by our belts men we ensure that conveyor belts run effectively for longer periods of time.
